E-mail: Contact 		It has been over two years since my son left this world. Time moves on, but thankfully our hearts keep the memories of a very special person alive forever.
We are very proud of Mackie, the sponsors, drivers,volunteers,fans and everyone else who makes this race happen. It takes a lot of time and hard work to pull off an event and we want you to know how much we appreciate it.

I was not emotionally able to attend last year but we will be there this year. And I like many of you, will look around, thinking we might catch a glimpse of Shane standing there - grinning, hand on his hip, Mountain Dew in his hand, candy in his pocket and right in the middle of all the action!
Shane would be proud of this tribute to him; I know we are. See you soon!

E-mail: Contact 		SHANE SHANE SHANE!!!!!!!! o shane you just don't know just how much you are missed.Theres not a day that goes by where you are not in my heart. I think of you all the time.These past two weeks has been hard.I never thought a year ago would be our last trip together are the last time i would even see you alive. Its been so hard because you were not just a very spaecial friend you were like my big brother.I love you and miss you so much.you will always live on in my heart and mind and i hope one day i will see you again in heaven , just keep wating on me with your wings wide open.I LOVE YOU SHANE!!!!!!

E-mail: Contact 		Shane and I discussed how we came to know each other a few months before he died. The truth was, neither one of us could remember meeting. I guess we just kinda "adopted" each other. He became a member of the family and we went to many different ballgames. We did it all: softball, baseball, football, Williams-Bryce, regionals at the Sarge, the SCISA basketball tournament in Sumter ... And we ALWAYS ate well. The last time we spoke was the week before he became ill. We were planning the new year, But true to form, my boy ditched me for a better offer. They say that banquet table in heaven is full of carbs and the Mountain Dew tap never runs dry. It will all be well ... save a place for me, Shane! Tamara
